The Leveraged Practice Podcast

Jun 24, 2021

At The Leveraged Practice, we understand the importance of bringing together a team with different experiences and backgrounds to better serve our clients.

Throughout this 3-episode series, we put our TLP Advisors in the hot-seat as they share their best advice, tips, and strategies.

In this week’s episode, we chat with Alex Fell, one of our Accountability Advisors and a successful business owner. She and Steph discuss the most important thing you need to know to scale your business, and the importance of surrounding yourself with the right community.

Alex also shares her strategy for getting unstuck and explains why comparison is a double-edged sword for most business owners.

About Alex Fell - Accountability Advisor

"My mission in TLP is to help people increase their impact and make a difference in the lives of others."

Alex founded The Chartwell House Early Learning Centre, 14 years ago, and The Baby Float Spa back in Sept. 2018.  She is a proud mama of two. Her interest in all things entrepreneurial began during her pregnancies with her son Tyler, 16; and continued with her daughter Sofia, 4. Yes, your math is right, she will be raising a teenager and toddler at the same time!!! Navigating potty training, and puberty simultaneously, while building and growing businesses.

Working with and supporting other small business owners is her jam.  She loves the whole process, from ideation to launch, and all the ups and downs in between.  She believes that excitement comes from achievement, all wins should be celebrated, and all losses are learnings.  But the real fulfillment comes from the journey that gets you there.

She knows success always takes help, and she is honoured to be able to work alongside all of you, as you build and grow your own online programs.
