The Leveraged Practice Podcast

Apr 2, 2020

If you're wondering how to transition from one-to-one brick & mortar style coaching, consulting or counseling to running an online group program, that’s what we’re covering in this episode.

Today, we have one of my clients, Suzanne Dietrich Registered Dietitian and owner of Gut Instincts Nutrition Counselling sharing with us about her journey of moving from a one-to-one client business model to adding in a group program to her practice.

Suzanne has found that it’s an amazing way to offer clients flexibility in their schedules while giving them the information, support and community they need to help them with their health.

Here’s what we talked about:

  • What it was like for Suzanne to transition to an online program (and how it brought her more clients from around the world!)
  • How she’s been able to provide increased access to her clients (it allows them to take part in the program even if they can’t make it to the calls!)
  • Deciding which program delivery option to use (there are so many possibilities!)
  • Increasing client value (and retaining your current clients!)
  • How seeing clients online compares to seeing them in person (you can still feel people's energy on a video call!)
  • What to think about if considering a business partner (it’s like having a colleague to brainstorm together!)

The first thing in growing your business is the desire to support people. The best products or programs that we sell are the ones that come from a true need. Having an online program can make that happen in a way that works for you and your business as you reach people all over the world who are looking for your support, expertise and answer to what they're struggling with.
